Data collected
The quote request form collects: full name, email address, and optionally phone number, preferred date, number of guests, charter of interest and a free-text message. No other data is collected without your knowledge.
Purpose of processing
This data is used solely to handle your quote request and reply to you. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used for profiling.
Legal basis
Your consent, given explicitly via a tick box when you submit the form.
Retention period
Three years from our last exchange, in line with the French data protection authority's recommendation on commercial prospecting. After that, the data is deleted.
Who receives the data
Your data goes to New Life Catamaran and passes through two technical providers: n8n, self-hosted, to route the form, and Brevo (a French company) to send the emails. No other third party has access to it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL). To exercise these rights, write to eric@newlifecatamaran.com.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Only anonymous audience measurement may be set, with your agreement, and declining blocks no functionality.
